Used to mark future stitch holes. Ensures the same distance between stitches and the same stitch length. It is not intended for punching holes in the leather nor for banging with a mallet or a hammer. It is ideally used to mark stitches on a paper cut, which is then transferred to the leather and marked with pins. It can also be used directly on the skin, but not to punch holes - this is what the punch here is for
